Self-build at Reservoir Lane

Reservoir Lane is an exciting new development situated on the edge of Petersfield, Hampshire, in the heart of the South Downs.

Petersfield Community Land Trust is preparing eight serviced plots for self-build homes. Each plot will have outline planning permission for a three or four bedroom, detached family home and be prioritised for people with a local connection to the area.

A number of the plots are to be discounted by at least 30% and allocated to means tested local households, thus providing a highly innovative and rare opportunity to self-build at a more affordable rate.

Petersfield CLT is a community benefit society run by local people for the benefit of the Petersfield area community.

Building your dream home is an exciting adventure - a serviced plot from Petersfield CLT could be the start of it. Get in touch to find out more and hear about the plot launch to come.
